The Next Level Process

Framing made easy with Next Level Construction

Pre-Construction

Next Level will guide you through the pre-construction process, critical details and value engineering with our simplified RFI Process. Our team is always looking for opportunities to eliminate overdesign while maintaining quality and structural integrity.

Design

Our in-house designers will create a 3D layout of your building allowing us to identify and work-out potential plan discrepancies prior to production. The design submittals will be created early on, allowing it to be reviewed and approved ahead of time. This brings peace of mind to the design/construction team by having this approved up front, reducing potential change-orders and downtime on-site.

Collaboration with other Trades

The key to a successful project is the time invested before mobilization on-site. With the latest design technology we overlay mechanical, plumbing and other critical trades into our walls and floor trusses. Our collaboration allows other trades to be in and out in a timely manner due to the preparation done beforehand.

Production

Our prefabricated panelized walls are built by framers for framers with ultimate quality. The lumber is marked and cut with our automated Mitek Hornet saw for accurate layout. Working in a controlled environment we can produce day and night, without weather delays, keeping your project ahead of schedule.

Shipping Strategy

Walls are assembled in the factory and shipped to the site in sequence for our installers. There is no shakedown required and minimal lay down area needed since everything is orchestrated and delivered crane ready. By shipping in sequence this helps us assemble the structure in record time.

Installation

From design to install we handle it all! By controlling the entire process from start to finish our installers can perform safer and at a higher level since everything is coming the Next Level way. We take away the headaches of coordination between different manufactures and installers by being a one stop shop that can beat any schedule.

Safety

Safety is a top priority in our company. We utilize FRAMESAFE, created by the National Framers Council in compliance with OSHA regulations. With a combination of daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and third party safety inspections we ensure we take safety to the Next Level on every project.

Benefits of Wall Panels

1. Beat your Schedule

Deliver your project faster since most of it is built in a controlled environment.

2. Save Money

Compared to a stick framed project, take in consideration that you will be occupying your building moths in advance.

3. Control your Budget

With our guaranteed lumber package you're in complete control of your framing lumber budget.

4. Cleaner and Safer Job-Sites

Compared to a stick framing there will be less cuts and waste, making the jobsite more organized and safe.

5. More Piece of Mind

Questions are answered before the project starts through our preconstruction process. With 3D design and collaboration with other trades we avoid field issues, headaches and delays that can happen on site.

Rental Income

Finishing the framing at least one month ahead of schedule can help build and occupy your building sooner (For example, on a 100 unit building it can generate over $180,000 of rental income per month).

Quality

Nothing compares to a wood framed project with walls that were pre-designed in 3D, cut by a computerized saw and assembled inside of a controlled environment.

Safety & Speed

Panelizing not only increases the quality of the framing, it will also increase safety and speed on site, resulting in a significant amount of back-end savings by occupying the building at least 1 month earlirer than if it was a stick framed project.

Dumpsters

75% Less Dumpsters used than conventional Stick Framed projects with minimal cuts on site and less wood laying around.
